Is there any way to share my iPhone Calendar?

My IPhone calendar is listed as “ on my phone” and not in the ICloud section. I want to share it with a family member but I don’t see an option or any way. Is there any way to share this calendar or even export all my events to a new calendar that I can share. Or is there any third party calendar that will sync with mine that I can share.
