On my 15 pro max with iOS 18 the text effects button has disappeared. I have checked the motion buttons per earlier reply as well as restarted the IPhone and it is not there.

I found the setting in the keyboard settings

Sure. Settings. General. Keyboard.
For me, I had to turn predictive text on.
and the button appears.
Any idea why?
