I am not able to add delicates to my calendar. I already have added one delicate who is a non-iPhone user this person has been having access to my calendar for two years however, now I am trying to add a new user and after clicking Calendar delegate selecting the Calendar and clicking ad delegates. I can type something in the search bar, but nothing comes up.

I usually dry my delicates from a rack in the bathroom.
Adding delegates to a calendar seems less straightforward. I've never added a delegate before. However, I'm seeing the same thing you are. I suggest you let Apple know:
