my calendar app changes appointment times

When I am making appointments using the Calendar app on my iPhone, the app changes the time of my appointment from what I put in to the time of my previous appointment

Example: today I made a 4 o’clock appointment with my vet. I saved it. predictive appointment t overrode my input and saved it as 3:00 PM because the last time I saw my vet was at 3:00 PM.

This has caused me to miss appointments and really is frustrating. I would like to know how to make this stop.
