Need help with both apple music & verification codes.

Hello. I have 2 questions that I cannot solve. First, does anyone know how to take music from a CD, and transfer it into apple music? I think I need to involve both iTunes and file explorer on windows, based on answers from another support page. But I can't figure it out. [Why not just put an import button into apple music, but, I use common sense...} Two, my apple music/iTunes verification codes keep going to my old iPod, which doesn't work anymore. I can still receive the code to my cell, but it takes a bit for the code to go there. Note: I don't use apple devices; I use Samsung and Windows. How/where else do I delete the iPod? I already did this on itunes & from the iPod itself, & put in the cell. Can anyone please help me? Much thanks.
