Missing Music on my iPhone

I purchased a new Windows laptop and installed iTunes. I connected my iPhone 14 Pro to my laptop and wanted to begin syncing my phone to my Windows PC. The iTunes app indicated that my phone was already synced with another device (my old Macbook that I don't have access to any longer) and it would not allow the sync. After I disconnected my iPhone, all of my music and playlists except my most recent purchased music was gone. I do not have an Apple Music subscription and all of the solutions I've researched reference an Apple Music subscription/account. I do backup to iCloud every night. Can someone help me find my music (years worth) or tell me how to restore just my music from my iCloud backups? When I got this phone last year, the music all was loaded as part of my new phone setup so I'm hoping its still available via my daily backups. Thank you all in advance.
