Create a drop down list based on another list on Numbers.

I'm using Numbers and have a dropdown list in cell A with the values A, B, C. Is it possible to display a list in cell B that corresponds to each choice in cell A?

For example: If I select the value C from the dropdown list in cell A, cell B will show me a list with words that start with the letter C.

Basically, what I want to do is display a list in one cell based on the value selected from another list in a different cell.
