Apple Music for Artists - Broken Support Form

I have been trying to use the support form that Apple Music has for it's artists, to get some help fixing a few outdated credits, album covers and record labels on the artist's page.


When I finished filling out the form, however, the 'Submit' button at the bottom had no reaction to me clicking on it. I also haven't received any confirmation email from Apple, informing me my support form went through, just as double evidence it may be broken. I have tried using different browsers to see if that was the issue and it still persisted.


Is there any way to email the AMFA team directly, since the form isn't working?


(I also saw complaints of the same issue on other website forums posted over 9 months ago, so I'm not sure how long this has been going on and/or if this is a solved issue.)

To resolve issues with the Apple Music for Artists (AMFA) support form, check for known issues, contact Apple Music support directly, submit feedback via Apple Support, reach out via social media, or try using the app. Provide details in your request, including artist name, specific issues, and screenshots. If you don't receive a response, follow up and document tries. If the issue persists, Apple's support team can assist through other methods.

I had already searched for similar reports of this issue online and didn't find much.


I asked in the forums (right above) if there was any way to email the AMFA team directly, where I would need an actual email address to pursue that option.


I tried using Apple's support form, but as I said, the 'Submit' button that sends the support form/ticket is simply not able to be interacted with.


I have not tried reaching out on social media, since I have little to no following/traction to my page, and have not tried the AMFA app itself. I will try those two options, but I would greatly appreciate any possible email addresses that could get me in contact with the AMFA team directly.
