Do you mean you want to paste a table from Numbers into Pages and have it be rotated 90 degrees (i.e., in landscape orientation)?

I don't use Pages but, from what I read online and what I see, you cannot rotate a table by itself. You can, though, group it with a shape and then rotate them both.

  1. Paste your table onto a page
  2. Insert a shape onto the page
  3. Group the table with the shape
  4. Rotate them

You will not be able to edit the table or select any cells in any orientation other than 0 degrees rotation (unrotated).

There may be another way. I think it used to be possible to have single pages rotated to landscape mode but I have not used Pages for a very long time. I may be remembering incorrectly plus it has changed a lot since then. Maybe it never could or maybe it still can.
