Itunes take forever to start on windows 11

Itunes take close to 10 minutes to start from a windows 11 computer. Why ?

This question has been asked several times the last years, and I have tried the most fixes but nothing works (Reinstall Itunes, start as administrator,...)

I have last verision of windows, only windows defender as anti-virus, and a reasonable powerfull PC: intel I7, 1 TB SSD, 100 MB/s internett connection
