Can't select more options for playlists in Apple Music for Windows

As the title says, I'm on Apple Music Windows and am unable to click the more options button for playlists. So I can't delete, duplicate, favorite playlists on the computer, which is really frustrating because I duplicate smart playlists all the time to create different playlists with similar rule sets. Anyone know a workaround or way to fix this?
