I'm not able to sync my personal CD collection from iTunes to my iPhone

All my music is from my personal CD collection that I extract to my pc in Itunes. Everything has been working fine for years even after changing phones multiple times. Starting having problems last week, songs were there but did not play when I selected them. Deleted & reinstalled the app from my phone & my pc but things got worst. When in Itunes I can select my phone, On my device if I click I can see music, when I click on music I can see all of my tunes, they are there but don't show up in the interface ?
