Tracks missing from artist folders in iTunes Media folder

hello I'm having a problem with iTunes media folder not having all my music in the folder but the music is in the iTunes library application when I open the iTunes app everything is there what I'm trying to do is back up my entire iTunes library to my computer if that's possible The reason why is because I have been manually organizing my music in the iTunes application on my Windows computer basically all I'm doing is for every artist I have I delete the albums but keep the songs under that said artist I don't really care about the albums as long as I have the songs under that said artist sorry if this seems confusing once I'm done doing all of this manual organizing I would like to back this all up that way I don't have to worry about it messing up or iTunes messing it up but when I go to the iTunes media folder on the PC not all my tracks are there, there's tracks missing from different artists is there a reason why it does not get saved to the iTunes media folder I don't understand why it's not in that folder to begin with I know where the ITUNES MEDIA FOLDER is located on my PC it's just this problem that I'm running into when I go to the iTunes media folder some tracks are not there and it's frustrating I do not like the way iTunes organizes my music at all I wish there was a way where I can just drag a folder that I made on my Samsung Galaxy phone where I have music/artists/tracks.. No albums at all. PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU (Sorry if I confuse you).
