icloud for Windows Error Report - where to send it

Trying to install iCloud from the Microsoft Store, specifying contacts/calendars option, which repeatedly fails. During the offered attempt to repair it, a "Send Report" button appears, which generates a draft email error report, presumably to someone at Apple, but there is no TO: email address provided. So where can we send these Apple-generated error reports?
