Adding conditional highlighting to cells with a specific time of day

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet that I use to track some of my hours worked. I use a Siri shortcut to quickly add pertinent information. If I don't know what time I end I just enter the times as 00:00 of the date worked. Then I know that I have to enter the times at the end of the day. I'm trying to use conditional highlighting to highlight the cells with time 00:00 (formatted as a date and time with only the time showing) in yellow so I can quickly see which cells need to be updated.

Below is a screenshot of my spreadsheet. Columns "E" & "F" are formatted as a date and time with only the time showing. Column "G" is the duration with a DUR2HOURS to convert it to a decimal. I thought that this would be quite easy but since you can't add formulas for conditional formatting like you can in Excel. This is proving very challenging for me. What my criteria is. Any cell that has a time of 0:00 in column "E" or "F" highlights the cell yellow. OR if the duration equals 0.00 highlight the cells "E" and "F" yellow.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
