Apple Music for Windows 11 black screen for 10 seconds with dual monitor.

I use a PC for work. Every time I launch Apple Music, without fail, my 4K monitor goes black for about 10 seconds, my 2K monitor operates for about half that time, then resets as if I have just plugged in the 4K monitor, and my work space resets, then everything appears to operate normally. I find myself having to plan around launching Apple Music for Windows as this can be very disruptive to my sensitive work. This has been ongoing since switching from iTunes, I am currently running Apple Music 1.4.7.62, Windows 11 Pro 64 V.23H2, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D, 64GB RAM Dual Channel, Asus B650-A, M28U 4K Monitor, G27Q 2K Monitor, Nvidia 4090, 4TB SN850X SSD.
