How to stop Amazon Fire stick from asking to subscribe repeatedly?

I just signed on to the 1 week trial through the Amazon fire stick. Every time I click on the app with my remote, it asks if I want to subscribe. I click on subscribe, then subscribe now and I get a message saying I’m already subscribed. Then it takes me back to the main page and I cannot access any show as it keeps giving me the same prompts to subscribe over and over. Can you help?
