im a civil engineer major student and would like to know if macbooks are good for engineer major students?

I know certain apps need to be downloaded, but I wasn’t sure if Mac was the route to go.

Agree with the mention of checking with the professors' course requirements and if any curriculum requires you to install Windows or Linux-only applications.


Memorize the integration tables. You will need that knowledge for tests where you may not have time to work nine Fourier integrals in 45 minutes, but can perform the first three and last three steps of each problem to save time — if the professor allows you to do that for full exam credit.
