Apple XDR Pro Display
Can I bring an Apple XDR Pro Display from the USA to France? The voltage in France is 220V vs 110V in the USA. I will obviously need to buy a new cord, but if I did, would it work?

Yes. The Apple-supplied charging equipment supports 100 to 240 volts without a converter, and its other ports are the same type worldwide.

Yes, you can bring an Apple Pro Display XDR from the USA to France. The Apple Pro Display XDR has a built-in power supply that supports a wide range of voltages, from 100V to 240V at 50Hz to 60Hz. This means it can handle the voltage difference between the USA (110V) and France (220V) without any issues.
You will probably also need to purchase a Power Cord or Plug Adapter. Since the power plugs are different in France, you will need a new power cord compatible with French sockets. Alternatively, you can use a plug adapter to fit the US power cord into a French outlet.
