Creating smart playlists with "date added" + "in the last"

It appears that when creating smart playlists based on date added, all of the time intervals work except for the "in the last" command. I have tried to change the date range to days, weeks, and months and get zero songs added to the playlist every time.

Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve it? Or could you try to verify this problem on you own system, to see if it is isolated issue or platform wide?
