Can’t make an m4v file with Dolby 5.1 using FCP & Compressor

I followed the instructions to create a .mov file with FCP with surround audio. When I check the file info for the created file, it states that the audio has 6 channels. Then using Compressor, I selected the just created .mov file. Selected the transcoding to be Apple Devices HD (best quality) and at the bottom right of the Inspector window, I selected Audio option to be Dolby 5.1. A .m4v file is created with no errors reported. However, when checking the file info for it, it states that the audio is Stereo. Also, when I play the video through my Apple TV 4K with the audio playing through my Bose surround sound system, I am no hearing the separation between front and rear speakers that I programmed with FCP.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 17
