I really need your help to create my apple id

I really need your help to create my apple idI am trying to create apple id for my new device but i am facing a problem with creation.

i have tried multiple ways to create apple id but it can not be created.

i used apple music and website and iphone also used itunes but i am facing problem with creating it and error as below.

the email address that i am trying to create apple id on it is:

davidataylo****@gmail.com

This is the error message that keeps recurring for me

"For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/ support/itunes/ww/."
