we have a student who is trying to save her work before the iPad gets wiped is there really effective way to export all groups of classes and files to PDF on OneNote on iPad then effectively save it to her personal drives

There might be another way: using OneNote online and synching the notebooks on the iPad. Not using OneNote, I’m not sure how to do it, though. I’d recommend that you post a question on the Microsoft forums.
Does she have a Microsoft account? By logging into both iPad OneNote and PC OneNote, she can sync the notes between these two devices. Then, she can select the notes on her PC OneNote and export them as PDFs.
