I have an Apple Thunderbolt 2 display that I want to connect to a PC laptop (Dell Inspirion 16 5635. When I connect it Windows 11 does not recognize the monitor. Where can I find the drivers to make my display work?

Not possible, unfortunately, nowhere. All Apple displays are for Macs only.
Can only be used with a ThunderBolt connection with a Mac.
