Web Apple Music Stuck in Preview Mode

Hello. I pay for a family subscription that I am unable to use at work because my web based apple music is stuck in "preview mode," even after I logged in. I've tried reading the other fixes for this issue. I can't change the country because I have a family subscription. I suppose I could try to log out of my phone and back in every time I go to work, but that seems absurd for something I am paying for. At this point, I am contemplating going to another provider.

Any help?
