Can’t see iPhone in Apple Music on windows 10

Thanks to apple wiping iTunes of my iPhone SE I now have to somehow get all my music library back onto my iPhone. Luckily I had backed up my music library to a hard drive and have loaded it onto Apple Music on my PC running windows 10.

When I plug in my IPhone windows asks for permission to access photos but does not show my iPhone in Apple Music so I am unable to load all my music back to my iPhone.

please help

iTunes has never existed on an iPhone, so they have wiped nothing. iPhone's have the iTunes Store app and the Music app.

Why? Your Music should exist in the Music app on your iPhone. What exactly happened?

You need the Apple Devices app to sync music to the iPhone from your computer.

Except Apple Devices app does not work with a **** on PCs. Just see the hundreds of 1 star reviews on the Microsoft store where the app refuses to see the connected iphone, ipad, etc.

Basically, Apple has now left all their PC users out in the cold in an effort to force them into their eco system. None of the replacement apps for PC come close to the old iTunes functionality for managing music.

Then uninstall Apple Music and go back to iTunes. It still available and can be used if you remove the other Apple Apps.
