Transferring old iTunes library file to Apple Music app on Windows 11

Hi,

I recently bought a new PC and am now using Windows 11. On my previous PC (windows 10), I have been using iTunes for the past years as my main application to play music (it has all my playlist, but more importantly for me, the meta-data such as date added and play count). Before moving to a new PC I backed up all my files, including the entire 'iTunes' folder that contains the library files (one PLIST file, and one iTunes Music Database File).

I want to use the new apple music app and have all my music there, including all the data such as play count and date added. How do I do this? Where do I place which files? Can I still use the iTunes library file? Also, notice that the folder containing all my music now has a different location (path) because I moved to a new PC. So do I need to specify the folder somewhere?
