On my phone, all the songs in my media library are displayed in gray, and when I press on them, it says, "This song is not synchronized between your devices." On my PC, these songs simply won't play. I've tried updating the cloud storage, logging out and back into my account, and synchronizing between devices multiple times. Nothing seems to help. Do you know any methods to solve this problem?
