I have multiple Music libraries, how to switch between them in Apple Music on Windows?

In iTunes on Windows, if I held down the Shift key when opening iTunes, I'd get a dialog box asking me to choose which library I want, or to make a new one.

In Apple Music on the Mac, if I hold down the Option key while starting Apple Music, I'll see a similar dialog

How do I get Apple Music on Windows to ask me which library I want to select? I've tried holding down Shift, or Ctrl, or Alt, while starting the app from the Start menu, and it just goes right into my default library.

Any help would be appreciated!
