How do I move my iTunes library to Apple Music on my PC?

I have a lot of songs on Itunes, I bought a new PC. So I have to seitch to Apple Music. So far I can't get my Itunes songs, play lists, etc to show up on Apple Music. Some songs I purchased on Itunes and some I downloaded all my CD's. How can I do that?
