Move songs from Apple Music (not iTunes) from my PC to my iPhone

I seem to be forced to run everything through Apple Music instead of iTunes on my PC. iTunes seems to only have podcast information. In any case, I put some songs from CD's into my Apple Music Library on my Computer. I would like the songs to be moved to my iphone. When I plug in my iphone to my computer there is no indication in Apple Music (or iTunes) that my phone is connected. The songs I loaded into Apple Music on my computer are NOT in Apple Music on my iphone. I just want to get these songs onto my phone so I do not have to purchase them. Is there any way to do this?
