How can i restore my Apple Music Library

I already have corrupted apple music library.

I managed to save folder with previous library, but I couldn’t find a way to load Library.musicdb file and others for sync with my icloud library.

How do it on Mac i already had read, but i have only PC on Windows and here i can't download it to Apple Music and don't have Itunes.itl library file(
