Making Apple Music App on Windows 11 aware of file location change

Apple Music App on Window 11 Pro (23H2 with latest updates) is unable to determine that an album directory has been renamed. Unlike iTunes which used to show an exclamation mark(!) next to songs that it couldn't locate and provided a mechanism to point to the songs new location, Apple Music App doesn't show an ! mark, nor does it have an obvious way to update the File Location attribute. Trying to play the relocated songs does nothing, 'Show in Explorer' does nothing, similarly making updates to the album/song attributes is not triggering the Locate missing song option. Readding the album works but there needs to be a simpler Relocate option.

Anyone found a better workaround?
