Re-order songs/entries within a playlist, in Apple Music app

I have a massive(2500+ songs) playlist which I sort manually and the apple music app for windows will not allow me to move the page up and down. When I start to drag songs to where I want them to be it forces me to drop it then scroll and drag again. If I want a song that is at the bottom to go to the top you can imagine how tedious this is has anyone found a fix to this. thanks!!!

EDIT: The app lets you scroll down but not up classic coding
