Apple Music account logs in for me but not my mom

My mother is on my Family Sharing Plan for Apple Music. She is having a hard time getting into her account using a browser on her windows-based PC). I was able, several times today, to log in using her credentials using my MacBook Pro. She is unable to log in on her end (using Chrome...I used Chrome as well to mimic how she typically goes in). I am logged out when she attempts to go in. Any idea why I can access her account while she is unable to get into the same account? Thank you in advance!
