Is my iPad 10.5 2017 compatible with Warzone Mobile?

The Apple App Store indicates that Warzone Mobile requires iPadOS 16 or later.

As an iPad Pro 10.5" is capable of update to iPadOS 17.x, this App should be compatible.

It is not compatible. They listed the ability to pre-register on incompatible hardware was a bug that was patched a few days after launch. Perfectly understandable for a small indie studio like Activision.
