HomeKit and Somfy Connectivity Kit

I bought a Somfy Connectivity Kit that "works with Apple HomeKit" but I was unable to add to home app. Even scan the HomeKit code neither writing the code into home app.

I tried many times, I tried turning off my 5 GHz router, restarted my iPhone, tried with my Ipad with no success.

Somebody can help me?

I can no longer add devices no matter the manufacturer and the devices I have left toggle from standby to no response often. I have gone through all the resets (phone router setting up HomeKit again) and no dice. homekit I am unable to add any accessories to HomeKit. I have the most current version of iOS on both my iPhone X and IPad mini 5 and neither one will work. I am on my 2.4 ghz WiFi, have reset the router and have tried everything. I have tried connecting 3 different brands of smart plugs I just bought for my house. None of them will pair so it’s not a device issue. Please help!
