HomeKit Suddenly Unreliable

Just like everyone below in ‘23, yesterday Siri took forever to update but now can’t turn something on or off, my lights used to come on automatically at 5:30 but now they haven’t come on for two days, asking HomePod Siri to set a scene or play a radio station all the other devices within voice come on and cancel each other and Siri does nothing. Since the first HomePod came out I’ve had to turn off “Hey, Siri” but since a couple of updates ago Siri answers anyway though the setting indeed shoes it’s turned off. I don’t want go to Alexa! What is happening with Apple? It just doesn’t work anymore.
