Downloaded music appears via itunes on my phone, but cannot find it on the phone

So I use my pc, laptop windows 10 and am having issues with synced music. The music is showing that it's on the iphone via itunes/phone/music but when I look up that music on my iphone it's not there. iPhone 12 pro
