How to Revert to iTunes form Apple Music app

After installing the new Apple Music app on my Windows 11 PC, I found that my library was totally messed up, all my Playlists were now out of theri respective folders and I seem to have nearly every song duplicated in the library. With the size being over 100,000 songs, I'm sure you can imagine how frustrated I was. On top of that, the CPU Usage went from iTunes ca 30%, to Apple Music being well above the 80% mark - this is just not viable for me at all. I have uninstalled the new Apple apps (Music, TV & Devices) and started up iTunes but I have an empty library with empty playlists. How to I get my library back?

I have checked my iTunes folder and it's still intact.

Windows, Windows 10
