Cycling high pitched noise on my Apple Vision Pro

As soon as I power the device on, it makes a cycling high pitched whine and clicking noise every 5 seconds or so. It's driving me absolutely crazy. I have a video with a recording of the audio from the Vision Pro's internal voice memos recording, but I don't see a way to post videos or audio here.

Any help with this would be wonderful as it makes using it wonderful with a side of audial water torture.

Unfortunately, I'm international as well. I have AppleCare+, but not sure if that does anything in this case.
