Using an Apple Vision Pro while disabled/bedridden - change horizon?

I am an Apple Vision Pro owner. I have recently become disabled, and spend most of my life bedridden. As a result, I tend to use the Vision Pro while lying on my back, facing the ceiling. A number of the apps are all designed to act versus a level horizon, and therefore become unusable to me. Boardgames, for example, are locked to a “table top surface“ that makes them unusable for somebody laying back in bed.

is there anyway or will there be anyway as an accessibility option to be able to reset the horizon or what is level to the user so that it can be put up and down while lying on your back? That would make the apps usable again without being able to sit up in bed and look down on things, it would also permit use of some of the advanced theater modes that are locked to the horizon
