My Vision Pro never arrived

Did you order online from Apple? If so, at the top right of your screen on here is a little bag icon, click on that and go to Orders and look up the shipping or tracking details. Tracking details are provided once it ships and once shipped your credit card will be charged. You should have received a text and/or email from Apple if it shipped. In either of these three ways you can get the order number and also call 1-800-MY-APPLE or search your Apple ID email for “Vision Pro” or the order number if you have that.
