Password problem
This nightmare started with a password problem. I use the Apple password manager and NordPassword manager. I also use Apple IFiles app to also keep all current sign in. I haven't used this iPad Pro in a while. Now all of a sudden I can't sign in. I have a iMac, two iPads with one being dead now and iPhone. Never any problems until now. I have been texting and phone calls since last year. First level of support was terrible. 4 fours of nothing. Level 2 support 4 days of they don't know why they keep extending the lock out. The day it was suppose to be unlocked, they extend it for a couple of days or hours. Can somebody explain why upper support keeps doing this. At 70 years old I am stressed to a point I just gave up! I'm not venting, this is just discussing to see a customers treated like this.
