In the Apple Vision Pro User Guide on the Clean your Apple Vision Pro page it says:
Before cleaning your Apple Vision Pro, turn it off, then place it on a stable surface, like a table or desk. Be sure to disconnect the power cable. See Turn off Apple Vision Pro.
It also later states:
Wipe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth, like the polishing cloth provided with your Apple Vision Pro.
Do not use liquids or chemicals like isopropyl alcohol, ammonia-based products, or other solvents, as these may damage Apple Vision Pro.
If you need to clean your Zeiss Optical Inserts, it says:
...refer to manufacturer instructions for cleaning instructions.
