Powershell or other automation for Apple Music on Windows?

I use some automation (Visual Basic Scripts) to control iTunes on windows. I haven't installed the three new Windows apps for Music, Devices, and TV since once I do, I think all my music will be controlled by the Music app.

So, anyone know if the new Music app supports Visual Basic or PowerShell or any automation?

My goal is to update track metadata (artists, genre, rating) using scripts.
