Apple Music Web only playing previews when signed in

I am trying to use Apple Music Web and it is only playing previews. I'm on a Windows machine and am signed in with an active Apple Music subscription. I've found some people suggesting changing countries to a different country, then back to your own (US) will fix the issue. However, it has not.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can I change the region/location of Browse in Apple Music? I am aware I cannot change the Apple Music region without changing the Apple ID region itself, that is not my issue. I am from Czech Republic and I don't listen Czech artists/songs, like literally not a single song. However, in Browse - New Releases/Suggested Playlists almost half of it are albums / songs from Czech artists. I would like to know if I could just switch it to 'World' or 'U.S.' in order to see new global realeses and not stuff from Czech Republic. Is there any chance I can do something with this? It's driving me crazy. Thank you for any suggestions and apologies for any mistakes.

Problem with music on macbook updated the country in the apple id and now the music does not play on the laptop, it says that it is not available in this region, although it says Britain everywhere, the payment went well.on the phone, the songs play well, on the laptop it beats changing the region. ID is the same everywhere.(

Apple Music stuck in wrong region Hi, My Apple Music is stuck on the Japan region. I recently changed from JP to UK due to change of address and hence payment method. However, even though my JP subscription was refunded, even once I bought Apple Music with my UK credit card, everything is stuck on Japan region and it wont let me play any tracks. How do I get Apple Music to recognise my valid UK subscription? (Apple ID is set on United Kingdom btw) thanks Rohan
