After I open the files app in Vision Pro, I see an updated list of files, but from that point on, none of the commands are responsive. This happened when I switched from grid to list display mode. I'd appreciate any ideas on what I need to do next to resolve the issue.
Tried this suggestion and did not work. One thing I noticed a few times is that when the Files app is opening and it's indicating that it's updating the files, it also says "Read Only." Not sure if that's relevant or helpful, but thought I would mention it.
You might need to force quit again, then immediately restart it Restart Apple Vision Pro
You should force quit it, just hold down on the top two buttons until the force quit menu shows up, then force quit Files.
I probably should have mentioned that I've already tried "Force Quit" and it's still not working.
