No manual adjustment of equalizer for Apple Music on Windows 10

I downloaded Apple Music last night. Everything synced up and the music plays. Went to adjust the equalizer to match what I had it set in iTunes and could not manually adjust the EQ. The preset settings work, but none of them sound good to me. Tried quitting the app, restarting the machine and no go. The MOST important thing to me is for the music to sound good and, well, it just doesn't. Can't revert back to iTunes either. Does anyone else have this equalizer problem?

Yes, I know where the EQ is located. I cannot adjust the sliders on the EQ manually.
