playing Keynote presentations

Keynote 13.2 will open presentations created with earlier versions, but will not play the presentations. seems to go into a loop, (beachball keeps spinning)

Mac mini, macOS 13.6

Viewing slideshow When I play my slideshow for some reason it is not showing up in the viewer (the upper right corner box). The audio is playing but nothing shows up in the preview window. HELP please!

Keynote When I try to do an audio recording over a slideshow in keynote I am unable to advance to the next slide (either by clicking or with the keyboard) and the "show navigator" button is dark grey and doesn't respond when I click on it. Please help, I'm sure its a simple fix. I've tried restarting everything and still not working. Thanks, Katya
